We’re super excited to finally be able to welcome you back to our in-studio classes and to see all your happy faces again. We are currently requiring everyone to be fully vaccinated and wear a face mask to be able to join our in-studio classes. For the safety of our students and teachers please check below for our in-studio guidelines. We will still continue to do our classes simultaneously on zoom to help everyone join us from near or far. Please check which classes are in-studio as some are only on-line.

It is wonderful to be back in the studio! I was so grateful for Zoom Yoga, but the joy of being in the studio is so much better for my body and spirit. The connections with my teacher and fellow students were fun on Zoom and now it's a real treat to get to know them better and do yoga with them in person. Thank you so much!

After a few weeks of in studio yoga, I feel my chronic neck and shoulder pain dissipating and my yoga practice growing stronger. The in person feedback really enhances the classes and challenges me to find my 'happy edge'!

So wonderful to practice together in the studio. I always have a much deeper experience in person vs on zoom. Thank you!

Since returning to in studio classes, I've realized how much I'd missed by taking zoom classes during the past year. Being in the same room with the instructor allows more accurate viewing of the demonstrations of the poses, as well as the ability to receive individual hands-on assistance. Finally, being with other students is helpful in doing the poses, as well as providing a sense of community, which is an important part of yoga for me.
As far as COVID safety, everyone in my classes has been conscientiously following the thorough guidelines on the Yoga Northwest website, so I have felt quite safe in the studio.
The bottom line is that, unless you are immuno-compromised, there’s no longer any reason not to sign up for in studio classes and plenty of reasons to do so.

I went to the in-studio gentle class today for the first time back and it was amazing. So real! I got so much from it, like it was custom made for me. What a difference experience from the zoomies although they served a purpose. The studio is so light and airy and the best possible environment for doing yoga.
