Changing to the monthly membership after years of only doing one class a week has been a game changer for my yoga and general health. I do one class in studio plus two online classes per week three days in a row. Then I do the three videos again at home before the next studio class. At age 73, I can now do headstand, handstand, and shoulder stand! This would have cost a fortune and is such a deal with the monthly membership. Thank you!
