Many of our favorite yoga poses require a solid understanding of how to harness intrinsic shoulder power.
The shoulder joint is the most mobile joint in the body and hence prone to instability and injury.
In this workshop, you will learn simple shoulder anatomy and joint mechanics, as well as “Pre-Asanas”- the precursors to a classic pose.
