Stress is a normal part of life. Yoga & Ayurveda can change how you deal with it. Using wisdom & practical tools from these ancient sister sciences, you’ll begin to reorient your mind, body, & spirit towards bliss. We’ll explore the foundations of Ayurveda, its practical uses, and apply it to 3 short Yoga Asana & Pranayama series that you can practice at home. You’ll leave with a full toolkit, and an embodied experience to remind you of the benefits.


Isabel Castro is passionate about empowering others to embody radiant health. After traveling the world to explore organic farms, sustainable living, indigenous cultures, and herbal medicine, she discovered that Ayurveda distilled the core of her findings into one complete, holistic science. In 2012 she became both an Ayurvedic Practitioner and a Hatha Yoga Instructor. Today she uses the two sciences to support others in creating more rhythm, ease, and vitality, in body, mind, and spirit.



Kate LaSpina is a Certified Iyengar Yoga Instructor and a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant. Kate is excited to share with you the depth of knowledge from both the discipline of Yoga and Physical Therapy to help you find wholeness and peace in a busy world.
