4 Week Intro Series

Are you new to Yoga or to Iyengar Yoga?

Or do you have a friend who is interested in Yoga?

We are offering a 4 week Intro series specially designed for total beginners and everyone new to Iyengar yoga. You will learn basic poses that will build balance, strength and flexibility with a special focus on postural alignment, breathing and relaxation. These classes will give you a solid foundation to help you join our regular weekly classes with more ease and confidence.
 
Fee – $60 for 4 Classes

Our Intro to Dynamic Yoga is a balanced program of flexibility,
core strength, postural alignment, breathing, relaxation, and mindful awareness.

Nov 1 – 22nd, Sun at 9:30 – 10:45 am

Our Intro to Gentle is great for people who have back, neck or shoulder issues, are elderly or want a more gentle and relaxing class.

Intro to Gentle Yoga with Denise Weeks

Oct 26 – Nov 16th , Mon at 9:00 – 10:15 am

  • Each class will build on the other to help you do the poses in the most safe and beneficial way.
  • It is important that you participate in every class to get the most out of this Intro Series.
  • You will receive a recording of each class to practice during the week.
  • If you miss a class, you can still get a recording.
  • There are no makeups for this series.
  • You will need a yoga mat and optional 2 yoga blocks and 1 belt.
