Class Schedule
At Yoga Northwest we offer 10 & 12-week sessions to help you learn to practice Yoga in the most safe and effective way. The classes progress gradually from week to week and from level to level. Our students sign up for a specific level and teacher, to establish a personal connection with individual care, support and encouragement. This individual coaching will help you cultivate a successful and fulfilling Yoga practice for life.
