Class Schedule

To help you learn to practice Yoga in the most safe and effective way, at Yoga Northwest we offer 10 & 12-week sessions, and the classes progress gradually from week to week and from level to level. Our students sign up for a specific level and teacher, to establish a personal connection with individual care, support and encouragement. This individual coaching will help you cultivate a successful and fulfilling Yoga practice for life.
